About us.

Welcome to our site. We are Henk and An Voolstra ands since September 2007 I (An) lead our cattery. Our cattery is the top of the province Groningen. We live next to the Dollard. The Dollard is preservation of natural beauty. Since three years we have Maine Coons. Before I started my cattery we were very busy with our Portuguese Mountain Dogs, the Caõ da Serra da Estrela's. But we decided to stop going to shows with the dogs and to start an cattery. It was always my dream to have an cattery and now I have. I love my Maine Coons. They are great, friendly and full of naughty but with a funny way of behavior. They are living in house and they can get out of the house on to the terras. The terras is enclosured and messure 20 by 8 meters, so a lot of space outside. (The garden is 100 x 50 meters)
We want to breed healthy beautifull cats. But also their caracter and their build is as important. The colours we love to breed is black/blacksmoke or bleu/bleusmoke. But at last all colours are welcome here.

Our Maine Coons are or will be tested on HCM/PKD/PL/ FIV en FeLV.
